Also in the branch of industry more and more joints are carried out by adhesive tapes. Double side adhesive tapes are used for fittings, e.g. mirrors are fixed by such tapes. Some insulation- and sealing materials are laminated with a double side adhesive tape in order to become self-adhesive. Often this material is laminated with adhesives by the suppliers themselves. One side siliconcoated PE-films are used as protection cover up.
